Ontario StreetPhiladelphia PA 19140WHAT: Meeting to Discuss Proposal to Sort and Recycle New-construction Waste Materials at 3630 N. 2nd St.The public is invited to attend a community meeting to learn more about NDV Recycling Inc.'s proposal to sort and recycle new-construction waste materials at its scrap-metal recycling property located at 3630 N. 2nd St. in Philadelphia.The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is currently reviewing an application for a permit modification that would allow NDV Recycling Inc. to handle approximately 100 tons per day of construction waste. This informational meeting is part of an enhanced public participation process that will give residents and increased parties an opportunity to ask questions of NDV Recycling about its application and to learn more about the proposal as DEP's review continues.Copies of the permit application are available for review at the Free Library of Philadelphia's Branch located at 601 W.
